R4 3DS firmware

R4 3DS Kernel is different from r4i-sdhc V1.4.1 card.  The latest version is r4i 3ds V1.47b. It was released on November. R4i-sdhc team will keep in updating the firmware to make R4 3DS card more powerful, and bring more joy to players.
